Unfortunately, as time progresses, planned upgrades and deployments sometimes get pushed back, cancelled, or just plain forgotten. There was a time when dukn.net was supposed to be redone, from the ground up, using Ruby On Rails. This may still happen, but as for a timeline or expected date, that is not known. So, for now, we will go with something simple, yet useful. Drupal.
